These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Neutek Pulse, a service provided by Neutek Labs ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, connecting a Stripe account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using Neutek Pulse, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Neutek Pulse on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Neutek Pulse connects to your Stripe account and generates revenue reports, metrics, summaries, and recommendations based on your Stripe data.
The Service is designed for reporting and analysis. Neutek Pulse does not create charges, issue refunds, change subscriptions, update customers, or otherwise modify your connected Stripe account.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws, regulations, contracts, and policies that apply to you and your business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we believe your account is being used unlawfully, insecurely, or in violation of these Terms.
To use core features of the Service, you may authorize Neutek Pulse to access one or more Stripe accounts.
By connecting a Stripe account, you authorize us to access and process the Stripe data needed to provide the Service, including:
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect the Stripe account and allow Neutek Pulse to process the connected account data.
Stripe is a third-party service. Your use of Stripe remains subject to Stripe's own agreements, policies, and terms. We are not responsible for Stripe's services, availability, data, systems, or actions.
You may disconnect a Stripe account at any time through the Service or by contacting us.
Neutek Pulse may generate reports, forecasts, summaries, insights, recommendations, scores, and other analysis based on your connected Stripe data.
Some features may use artificial intelligence or automated processing. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific business circumstances.
The Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing all reports and recommendations before relying on them or taking action.
You retain ownership of the data you provide or make available through the Service, including connected Stripe data.
You grant us a limited license to access, process, transmit, store, copy, display, and use your data as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We will treat non-public business data you provide through the Service as confidential and will use it only as permitted by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or your instructions.
You agree not to disclose non-public information about the Service, including private beta features, security information, or other confidential materials we provide to you, unless we authorize it.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and included usage will be shown at checkout or in the Service.
If you start a free trial, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and other charges associated with your plan.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or by contacting support at support@neutek.io.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated in the Service. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew.
We may change prices or plan terms from time to time. If we make material pricing changes, we will provide notice as required by law.
The Service may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including Stripe, hosting providers, email providers, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, payment processors, and AI providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services, and we do not control their availability, security, performance, or terms.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate agreements between you and those providers.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability.
We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other materials.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or our intellectual property.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, create risk for us or other users, or use the Service in a way that may harm the Service or third parties.
After termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service, reports, metrics, recommendations, AI-generated content, or third-party integrations will be accurate, complete, reliable, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neutek Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neutek Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The courts located in British Columbia Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service, unless the dispute resolution section below applies.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@neutek.io and attempt to resolve the dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the effective date, posting a notice in the Service, sending an email, or using another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
